Earlier this year, we revised the criteria for Brian’s scholarship to Trinity High School so that it would be awarded to a Nativity Academy graduate. Nativity www.nativitylouisville.org is a private middle school for the less fortunate children in our community.

We wanted to do more than provide a scholarship to someone that was attending Trinity. With the theme of the foundation being "to find opportunities that will make a difference in someone's life", Brian’s scholarship should go to someone that might not otherwise be able to attend Trinity.  

This summer, we awarded Brian’s Trinity High School scholarship to Alex Simon V. Alex was a 2007 graduate of Nativity Academy. Alex personifies many of Brian’s principles and we feel that he has an appreciation for what a Trinity High School education will do for him in preparing him for college and beyond.  

As a result of the success we achieved in The BAM IV Golf Challenge, we will be able to add the second scholarship to Trinity High School for a Nativity Academy 2008 graduate in addition to the current scholarship.

We are building an endowment for the scholarship fund so it will always be there. Our goal is to provide a 4-year scholarship each year to a graduating male and female student from Nativity Academy. To accomplish this lofty goal, we need the financial support of the people in this community.
